The Oben CT-2420 4-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod with BB-1 Ball Head Kit pairs the lightweight 6x carbon fiber CT-2420 tripod with a versatile, sturdy BB-1 ball head that pans 360° and tilts 90° to portrait orientation. The combined system supports point & shoot, DSLR, and video cameras that weigh up to 22 lb.
With the BB-1 head mounted on the CT-2420 legs, the total system weighs a mere 4.05 lb, and it reaches a maximum height of 67.8". The professional 4-section tripod features non-rotating legs with fast-action twist locks.
The BB-1 ball head has an Arca Swiss-style quick-release clamp for the included camera plate, and it offers three separate knobs for pan lock, tilt lock, and tension control. This "division of labor" allows you to perform tasks such as panoramic photography, which requires adjustments to the head's pan while the tilt remains locked. The included carry bag has plenty of room to hold the folded tripod with the head attached, which in total measures a compact 23.7".
